This is what we hope to see, they're having to crawl back under their rocks and (hopefully) will no longer have a president who gives their bigotry a platform on the world stage.

Yikes! Thankfully the neighbors on the NextDoor app where I look in now-and-then are keeping their political thoughts and opinions to themselves. Most of the posts there are pretty innocuous, concerned about missing pets, stray cats seen wandering around the area, someone who can come and fix a balky appliance, that kind of thing.

Sounds like this person needs to be pointed to MR, where fact deflection and confident ignorance is always welcome. Do you personally know or have seen a person who is everything wrong with the left? Just let them know over at MR and feel free to apply that experience to everybody on the left. There's still hope out there. You just have to know where to look.

Ah, but now imagine Trump with his own "news" channel? Backed by say… Rupert Murdoch or some Russian oligarch?

Imagine what that could do.

Fox news would look like a middle of the range broadcaster.

Trump TV would become The History Channel for news. Run on conspiracy theories and Aliens Built the Pyramids.

Look, most people don't read anymore. They don't even "listen" in depth. Trump telling them what to think 24/7… god help us all.

Let's hope it doesn't come to that.

This is the delusion, deeply embedded in the psych, conservative psychosis, living in a fantasy world, unable to deal with the reality, they try to create their own. Even Fox, a nest of Right Wing vipers, can see the lay of the land living in Trump World.
