They are a very loving and loyal breed. They are not lap cats, but enjoy being with humans all the time. She prefers to lie on the couch next to someone rather than on a lap. She will come running to you if she has not seen you for a while. She cannot stand it if the wife and I are in the same room with the door closed and tries to push her way in and will cry incessently until she is allowed in. I think she suspects that we may be plotting against her, or just suffers from fear of missing out. After months of carefully studying us when we operate doors, I have seen her jumping to try and reach the handle, which is disconcerting.Really pretty girl!
What a perfect name for him! He is beautiful!
Sounds like my two kitties. They follow me everywhere. They have to see what I’m doing. Our new kitten has been growing and she is something else. Follows me around the house everywhere I go. If the door to my office is closed, she'll just sit right outside the door and meow. If ignored, she'll go find her favorite toy and drop it right by the door. I don't know if that's supposed to be a gift or an invitation to play (she plays fetch with it). She has so much personality.

I don’t have a cat
AKA 3AM zoomiesHah, then you have "NO IDEA !!" what you are missing. There are upsides and then there are the three a.m. drape climbing episodes. Or in my experience once, being gifted a live grass snake in my bedroom one night by a lilttle huntress who was very proud of herself. Yeah. Downside, definitely.
