How about a deflection noted path to temp ban?

A little work for the mods here, but how about they get a "deflection noted" banner graphic they can slap on any applicable post. Get a dozen of those and BAM! temp ban. For the convenience of the offender they will get a link to all the noted deflections they can reflect on while being banished for a short period of time. Maybe for their first week of being allowed back in gen pop their forum activity level can say "noted deflector".

There's possibly not enough members here yet to be the level of victim they feel they are entitled to be, or the requisite number of agreeing like button mashers to validate them.
