This is definitely a thing on the right, the Jordan Peterson "men are warriors" incel crowd. I have no problem with "male empowerment", but it's really just become the thing feminism is always accused of being: blaming the other gender for all their problems. Too often it lends itself to misogyny or even homophobia.

And in this case, it's just another "culture war" talking point that certain voters will lap up like the salivating dogs they are
