Rename MR Refugees Forum

Given the experience of being a refugee, much like being undocumented, is a difficult and harrowing situation to find oneself, I would like, at a bare minimum, to see the “MR Refugees” forum be updated to “MR Exiles” — which is more accurate and doesn’t diminish or trivialize the displaced circumstances which refugees (political, climate, or GSM, to name a few) must endure as they try to get beyond a state of statelessness.

I think it's a fair request. Especially in the context of what humanity's facing in the coming decades. @Eric ?
