course if it is them its bad but its perfectly ok to let antiabortionists do it.
They want to be shielded from the effects of their actions. How f-ing entitled can you be when you just nuked the rights of half of America and now you whine that they dare to protest? F off. Deal with the consequences of what you did.

Well given that Federal Law prohibits harassing Justices at home, yet the DOJ is not enforcing the law, it is left to the states. :(

You can understand the reticence.

This seems like a strangely specific law that protects a specific group from US citizens exercising their first amendment rights hopefully peacefully. Especially when it's shown elsewhere that such laws & protections are often applied selectively & specifically instead of universally.

It's just another complaint for a DoJ that seems to be very careful about what it chooses to enforce.

The court overruled laws preventing pregnant women from being harassed at abortion clinics. But now they insist that similar laws protecting THEMSELVES be enforced. One might reasonably believe that enforcing such laws might result in the court ruling against such enforcement…?

Let’s get real though. They are “special” and deserve protection, unlike average women seeking healthcare. They would flip on their own ruling in 1 second, writing some nonsense opinion ignoring the 1st amendment and invoking common law in the 14th century as a reasoning.
