For anyone who has not watched this it’s about Trump’s continuous violation of the emoluments clause, Presidents can’t take gifts from foreign entities to avoid foreign influence. Oh, wait, they can, Mr Shit Head has proven.

For the Supreme Court to call it moot that he’s now out of office is bull shit. Are we now in the age of those im positions of power being above the law? Oh wait, we’ve been there, it’s just that now it’s getting worse, allowing egregious cases, no big deal unless you are an average cirizen who can expect to get the book thrown at them regularly. :(

Justice delayed is justice denied. The emoluments accusations began in 2017 and they were stalled for 4 years, and now the court is like “it’s too late now.” Meanwhile, some justices just HAD to weigh in on a NY State GUN case regarding a rule NY had already taken off the books, rendering the case moot.

The emoluments case shouldn’t be moot because Trump still has the money, which means the people of the United States were harmed and could seek relief by the return of such monies. This is a purely partisan decision and yet another argument for Biden to pack the court.
