I’d like to hear thoughts on the SCOTUS decision on voting rights in Arizona. My opinion is that throwing out votes because somebody accidentally went to the wrong precinct absolutely violates the person’s right to vote. I also think that this will embolden state legislators that want to make it harder for minorities to vote. Will the poll tax come back? I honestly wouldn’t be surprised to see this SCOTUS allow it.

I have mixed feelings on this one. Aren’t they told when they go to the wrong polling place that they are in the wrong polling place so that they can go to the right one?

I'm with you, I do think that there are far more egregious anti voter laws coming up that SCOTUS is going to have to tackle.
