It's not just that he's a badass. He's using all the media training and talent he's learned over the years. He knows how to write and deliver a convincing speech. He knows how to stage (in the good sense of the word), shoot and disseminate video that moves people. He's smart, logical, and as everyone has noted, fearless.
Just as Joe Biden is the right man for the US at this time (sweet Jesus, my head explodes thinking about the total disaster that would've happened if Trump had been responding to this war), Zelensky is the right man for Ukraine.
