There’s so much BS going on there, we absolutely need to make fun of it.

Then there's this.

More than a dozen of former President Donald Trump's closest Republican allies in the House have skipped Friday's votes and enlisted their colleagues to vote on their behalf, signing letters saying they can't attend "due to the ongoing public health emergency."

But those members are actually expected to be in Orlando and listed as speakers at the Conservative Political Action Conference, an annual meeting aimed at energizing conservative activists and boosting their own profiles...
The members include Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz, who addressed the conference on Friday, as well as others who were listed as scheduled speakers -- such as Reps. Paul Gosar of Arizona, Jim Banks of Indiana, Madison Cawthorn of North Carolina, Ted Budd of North Carolina, Mark Green of Tennessee, Darrell Issa of California, Ronny Jackson of Texas, Mike Kelly of Pennsylvania, Ralph Norman of South Carolina, Devin Nunes of California and Greg Steube of Florida.

Earlier I called these guys frat boys. Here's more proof. They don't want to do the classroom work. They want to go to Congress because of its reputation as a party school.

They can vote by mail or have somebody else vote for them? Is that a thing? Isn’t voting by mail inherently fraudulent? These guys should be held accountable for lying.

Mind you this is ducking out on the single biggest piece of gov't business at the start of the year, and instead they need to rush to so called conservatives cheer leading session.

Shouldn’t his mommy be writing his sick-from-school notes at his age? I guess there won’t be any consequences for these liars, but at other jobs, if you call in sick and then post pictures of yourself in sunny Florida on your Facebook page, you might be unemployed when you get back…Gotta love the “personal responsibility“ quote too. Thanks for sharing this!

IF you can get past the Burger Boy Golden Calf 45 statue, the next thing everyone is doing a double take on is the CQAC stage.

After all it's ONE of the reasons CPAC is trending. Here's some of the explainer @Scepticalscribe

https://www.twitter.com/i/web/status/1365462417371660290/

What's that someone said, there's no such thing as bad press?

It’s no lie that white supremist groups, Nazi imagery, and coded language infests MAGA Republicanism.

So, was this intentional?
Also from Em’s tweet thread, via WiKi:

“In November 2016, the leadership of the National Socialist Movement announced their intention to replace the Nazi-pattern swastika with the Odal rune on their uniforms and party regalia in an attempt to enter mainstream politics.”

Yeah, that's a good look, IF unintentional. How does the one party keep ACCIDENTALLY finding themselves tied to nazi racist shit? But are the first one's to cry if someone else brings it up. When they keep ACCIDENTALLY tying themselves to nazi racist shit?

Is research & vetting not a thing for CQAC, anything related to 45, & PRSI faux conservatives?

Honestly, I'm trying to approach this with an analytic mind, with a null hypothesis being this is incidental, but then:
1. I've never ever seen a stage like this, and when I tried to search for it, it only pulls up the CPAC stage
2. There is a square in the "head" of the rune that emphasizes the outline
3. The shape looks pretty practical for a stage, where you can line up background singers, etc, up until the "legs" of the shape being narrower than the "head", which takes us back to how perfectly the proportions match.

At this point, the only thing that could convince me that this is an accident if the stage had already looked like this before CPAC...

Not that I think Trump would have anything to lose on shit like this. The GOP however is ahead of some major voter exodus, on both ends. This is awful.

I stated on a conservative forum that the Capitol attack was an insurrection, intended to overthrow the government by preventing the certification of the election. Here is one of the responses, representative of the general attitude.
Where is your proof that’s why they were storming the capitol?
also revolting against civil authority of a tyrannical govt is constitutionally protected
Other responses were dumber.

Gotta love that sentence one was “prove they did it to overthrow the government” and sentence two is “overthrowing the government is allowed!”

They have bought into the Trump cult 110%. It is a big problem.
