So who all is in the path and will be watching it?

I will not be even though we will be in the 80-90% coverage band. While I am fascinated by most things space, I do not like how things look during the eclipse and it makes me feel a bit off for some reason. Which apparently is a thing. I will find something to do in my garage with the blinds closed.

But if you are going to watch it, make sure you have proper eye protection.

Going to try but they're predicting clouds, nothing to lose trying to look from my backyard though. If it's visible I'll just point my camera at it with a filter.

Got a good look at the eclipse today. Even though it wasn’t completely annular at maximum here, it was still impressive and a bit eerie. As it started, with a bite taken out of the sun, I couldn’t stop thinking about the Apple logo, LOL.
