Close call for photographer and friend

A riding buddy of mine who is a semi-professional photograper (https://weswilsonphotography.smugmug.com/) was scheduled to fly on this helicopter the very next morning. I knew he was going up in it again, but wasn't sure exactly when, so when it came across the news that it had crashed, my first thought was of him. A text went initially unanswered (he got a lot in a short period of time) but FB to the rescue.

Few realize the risks people take every day doing what they enjoy. Still very sad for the 6 who were on it.

Scary how close he came yet I can understand his draw to it. Fate was on his side.
