Trump is losing a lot. He's a little down it seems, since none of his cult are making a circus outside the courthouse. Life seems to be moving on as normal.

If they threw him in Riker's for a night to think things over, the same thing would happen. Sure, a few Fox News articles and Breitbart boards may see increased traffic, but that's about it.

This trial has just started, and it’s not going well for Trump. It’s not going to get any better as it goes on.

However, he needs to spend a night in Rikers.

Also, Fox should fire Jesse Watters.

What? Fire an on-air personality for unethical behavior? If Fox did that, there'd hardly be anyone left.
Someone has to sue him/Fox for lying, correct? Then Fox would fire him. Honest question to everyone because I feel like there’s precedent for this but I’m ignorant on most legal matters.

knee deep in the road apples of the 4 horsemen
Some background points I have been hearing:

  • falsifying business records is a misdemeanor
  • the statute of limitations for this offense is two years (i.e., expired)
  • the charge is that the falsification was in furtherance of another crime (election interference/fraud) which is the felony that he is being charged with (34 counts)
  • hence, the DA has to demonstrate the crime that elevates the falsification of records to a felony that can be prosecuted
  • if convicted, Individual-ONE will lose his right to vote in 2024
  • a guilty verdict would certainly be appealed – but the appeals process can almost never be expedited: he would be a convicted felon for at least the next six months, meaning he would not be able to vote for himself
  • so very SAD

(It seems wrong to me that there should be a statute of limitations on any kind business fraud at all.)

Simple solution - all he has to do is commit voter fraud. Most cases of voter fraud are by Republicans anyway.

This could be a tiny bright spot for him in Florida as there is abortion legislation on the ballot. He won’t have a vote on the record. Darn. He really wants to. It would be the perfect vote surrounded by all the best votes.

Great, we can watch Biden vote for himself on Election Day, and we can Trump (again) say “I win, clearly, or it’s all rigged”, at whatever polling place he shows up to so he can watch whatever family he bribed show up to vote for their criminal, morally derelict father.

He’s an unindicted co-conspirator in Arizona. And Rudy and Meadows have been charged again 😂

———

An Arizona grand jury on Wednesday indicted seven attorneys and aides affiliated with Donald Trump’s 2020 presidential campaign as well as 11 Arizona Republicans on felony charges related to their alleged efforts to subvert Joe Biden’s 2020 victory in the state, according to an announcement by the state attorney general.

Those indicted include former Trump White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, attorneys Rudy Giuliani, Jenna Ellis, John Eastman and Christina Bobb, top campaign adviser Boris Epshteyn and former campaign aide Mike Roman. All are accused of allegedly aiding an unsuccessful strategy to award the state’s electoral votes to Trump instead of Biden after the 2020 election. Also charged are the Republicans who signed paperwork on Dec. 14, 2020, that falsely purported Trump was the rightful winner, including former state party chair Kelli Ward, state Sens. Jake Hoffman and Anthony Kern, and Tyler Bowyer, a GOP national committeeman and chief operating officer of Turning Point Action, the campaign arm of the pro-Trump conservative group Turning Point USA.

More MAGA, making attorneys get attorneys.

Once his current squeeze toy old puffer fish is indicted (Alina Habba), that’s just damn near everyone.

The amount of cumulative man-hours spent on people working these cases, testimony hours, congressional hearings, trial time, jail time, prison sentences, lawyer fees, gas, paper and ink revolving around the criminal activities all done to service one man - it’s really quite astonishing. We’re not even done yet, they keep coming.

GOD BLESS AMERICA 🇺🇸 😂

These indictments for election fraud include Christina Bobb who was recently named the RNC’s “Senior Counsel for Election Integrity”.
