I don't know about that. It sounds like both Amazon and Starbucks have been up to all kinds of illegal anti-union behavior and so far the law hasn't come down on them hard for any of it. At best they probably have been, or will be fined such a low amount that it's not even a hesitation speedbump to continue union busting by whatever tactics they see fit.
