Been a bit since I've had a pet jumping spider. Itching to get another one soon. Amazing animal. And pet. If you think insects or spiders are aloof and unable to interact, get or observe a jumping spider. After some initial justified apprehension from your massive size they will interact with you. You just need to have a light touch, obviously.
