Watched a video earlier with a white guy addressing white people complaining about it being harder to get ahead and thinking it’s the result of reverse racism. His response was that it’s not racism. What it is, is their white privilege they claim doesn’t exist getting slightly downgraded. Now they need to put out more effort beyond just walking in white. But he also said they should have no delusion that they are no longer top of the pack. They certainly are. Slightly more effort is just really hard on some people.
