Giuliani’s attorneys argued this morning that since trump packed the Supreme Court, any wacky position taken by Rudy was objectively reasonable: any attorney in his position would assume that such a court would rule in favor of whatever position he took.

Not a good look considering the one thing the Supreme Court has been consistent about is ruling against him. Election fraud, tax returns...
