Chubb also said it wouldn't bond the other settlement. So he'll have to come up with another sucker.
I am sure there was some discussions around the RNC coffers that made Chubb agree to underwriting.

I presume, as a matter of strategy, they will wait until closer to the statute of limitations to sue; it makes the most sense to gather up multiple defamatory statements to improve the case and damages.
