Imagine taking on the role of a lawyer for someone who’s notorious for being a bad client, who’s seen lawyers of his sent to prison, indicted, pleading guilty or being disbarred, who’s notorious for not paying people - and then having to worry about not getting paid while sitting in a courtroom and being forced to smell his Big Mac and Diet Coke festering feces.

Not getting paid shouldn’t have surprised them, but I bet they didn’t count on the rest. Proving once again, nothing good comes from being anywhere near fatass. The man is literal poison. Toxic, foul-smelling poison.

Weisselberg apparently took notes on the bank statement for the $130,000, because TrumpOrg more than doubled the amount to make it look like a payment instead of reimbursement.
The prosecutors have those notes in in Weisselberg's handwriting and claim that this most likely is the only time that Trump paid more than he owed, just to make it look like something else.
More details from Rachel Maddow:

With tears in his eyes, Trump's attorney gave the greatest opening statement in history, nobody has ever seen anything like it. Judge Merchan instantly dismissed the charges, declaring Trump king of Earth

Jesse Watters Says Making Trump Sit In Court Is 'Cruel And Unusual Punishment'

Fox News host Jesse Watters apparently thinks it’s unfair for former President Donald Trump to have to attend his criminal trial.
Monday marked the start of the second week of Trump’s hush-money trial in Manhattan, with opening arguments beginning after a jury was seated last week, and Watters lamented that Trump’s being treated worse than prisoners at Guantanamo Bay.

He is a man who is never told no and surrounds himself with people who kiss his ass all day long, for him I can imagine it is torture to be forced to sit quietly all day. You don't just take a feral animal from the wild and expect it to be an obedient house pet, that shit takes time.

Interesting. Getting shot for reaching for your wallet (after being told to provide identification and complying) is what any rational white cop would do when confronted with any person of color reaching for their wallet.

The real issue here are old wealthy white men being forced to sit in a court room like anyone else who was accused of violating the law.

Where is the public humiliation campaign? We haven't seen it yet. The SNL skits and memes online are not enough. If Trump wants to see a truly biased media, I say they get on it pronto. Start with the Fox News Primetime lineup. Jesse Watters endurance is not unlike Trump Greg Guttfeld too. Conservative humor is depressing to people with an actual sense of humor, to know what they find funny.

Case in point, this guy somehow still has an audience.

Not a fan of TYT and similar YT channels, even though I agree with everything the host said here. There’s a smugness that rubs me wrong. Jim Bruer is just sad, and that woman may just as well been holding rattlesnakes up there, it’d be the same weird vibe.

The $1,000 gag order violation fines are insulting. He should just write them a check $100,000 in advance of 97 more violations which he’ll probably blow through by the end of next week. There’s no deterrent in such a low fine, but I’m sure this is the only time he won’t complain about being treated like everybody else in the legal system.

Seriously, that's all he got? At that price he'll be hurling them all day and his supporters will be glad to flip the bill.

What a fucking joke the justice system in this country is, no normal person would ever get away this stuff. Bottom line, if you're rich enough you can get away with almost anything.

Judge hasn’t ruled on fines yet.
