It's just crazy all the shit they are trying. I mean they picked the Jury now the jury is no good? How can this possibly be even realistic in the world of legal things? only trump would attempt such a thing. But thats why his lawyers get the big bucks.

Despite the failure of repeated previous attempts to delay the trial, a Trump attorney was in an appeals court hours after the jury was seated, arguing that Merchan rushed through jury selection and that Trump cannot get a fair trial in Manhattan.
“To think an impartial jury could be found in that period of time, I would respectfully submit, is untenable,” attorney Clifford Robert said. Justice Marsha Michael denied the request just minutes after a brief hearing.
Back in the trial court, Merchan expressed frustration as Trump’s lawyers pressed to revisit a litany of pretrial rulings. “At some point, you need to accept the court’s rulings,” Merchan said. “There’s nothing else to clarify. There’s nothing else to reargue. We’re going to have opening statements on Monday morning. This trial is starting.”

Individual-ONE's lawyers are fighting as hard as they can to avoid having to do this trial. They are panic-stricken, because this is way above their pay grade and are terrified that, when they cough up a hairball and lose, they will be sent to work at Triangle Shirtwaist.

Trump said today - with a one word response to a reporter, a firm and purposeful “Yes.” - that he would testify in his hush money trial. He’s not on TV and he’s in criminal court where the stakes are higher and the games he played in civil court won’t fly (Engoron reluctantly let Trump rant and rave only because he could use those things against him in his judgement). This is an entirely different realm where he can still harm himself with outbursts, but they aren’t likely to be as tolerated because this isn’t about charging someone a bunch of money.
If I were a lawyer, I’d want some type of waiver so Trump couldn’t sue me for malpractice for letting him testify.

That said, the good news for the lawyers is that testifying is always the client’s decision, and the attorney can’t prevent it.

Waiting for his lawyers to file a motion that "guilty" be removed from the jury verdict options as it clearly shows bias against their client. It should instead be replace with "fully exonerated".
