If I want to walk around unmasked around other unmasked people and I catch COVID, that is 100% on ME. Not them.

Over 90% of the truckers are vaccinated. Trolls are sending pics of trucks/events from years ago not even remotely related to this. So typical white right-wing BS as most trucker have nothing to do with this nonsense.

Thank you for making my point perfectly. If you all would just think about others for a change and not "ME" all the time, tens of thousands of lives would've been saved during this pandemic. You've never seen a more selfish group of assholes.

If you're not wearing a mask, I'm gonna assume you're diseased, and will open fire on you without question if you come within 20 feet of me.

I consider you a threat to my continued wellbeing. It's totally within my rights.

Then don't go to New Jersey. They are removing their mask mandates and will put you in jail for possessing a gun. ;)

So while Faux News can't be bothered covering a former 2X impeached president's problems with the presidential records act, they have gone full on with the 'freedom convoys'. To the point that the are actively rooting for the convoys to come stateside. Tucker Carlson has been pointing out the number of Facebook groups as proof to the popularity of such an idea.

The problem of course with anything involving tucker?

Wait, I thought Fox News was AGAINST convoys?

They’ve got an entire category with hundreds of stories about the evils of migrant caravans. And those caravans did not blockade trade routes or shut down any cities…. maybe if they had, they’d get positive coverage?

Man upset over Canada’s mask mandates threatens wrong Ottawa​

OTTAWA, Ohio (AP) — A man who wanted to join the protests in Canada’s capital over mask mandates called in a bomb threat so police would waste their time chasing it, authorities said, but he called the wrong Ottawa — a village in Ohio.

The man, a 20-year-old from Akron, Ohio, called the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office twice Monday, said sheriff’s Capt. Brad Brubaker.

The first time he made a bomb threat, and then in a second call he said he had been shot, Brubaker said. That’s when the man found out he was talking with someone in Ohio.

“He wasn’t paying attention and just called the first number he found,” Brubaker told The Lima News. “He said he was mad about mask mandates.”

The sheriff’s office said it would ask the county prosecutor to consider charges against the man.

A protest that was for like a small minority of CANADIAN truckers got hijacked by U.S. far right nutters, with the help of foreign Facebook groups caused so much disruption. It affected the towns it was in, it went as far to disrupt US car manufacturing production, and was celebrated by the far right crowd. Yet in the US, let a window get broken or a street blocked that same far right is endorsing kid vigilantes & laws that allow citizens to run over protestors with the cars ( somehow fucking oblivious to the imagery it could bring back of Charlottesville ) in the streets. Yet that same far right crowd WANTS THOSE protests here?
