I actually agree with Clarence Thomas?

This version of the Supreme Court, regularly having used shredded precedent to line their birdcages at home, have decided to decline a case in which a victim of rape at West Point was suing the government. Their reason? Something called the Feres doctrine, from a case decided in 1950. I guess they save the overturning of precedent for when they want to keep people from voting.

But Clarence Thomas issued a scathing dissent, which I believe is the first time I agree with him.
