I am only partway through this very long recommendation by the bar trial judge, but she has recommended Eastman be disbarred.

He plead the fifth. Hard to defend yourself when doing so will only incriminate you in other cases.

Eastman testified at this thing A LOT. Judge cites a lot of what he said. His mouth hurt him.
